‘Tis the season to strengthen our immune system! But how?
There are several ways to minimize the risk of catching a cold or getting sick, like eating healthy, washing hands before/after handling food, after bathroom use, or blowing your nose, after touching waste, etc. Then of course getting plenty of fresh air, exercise, good sleep is very important too.
Doing yoga can be very helpful too. Because yoga helps reduce stress. Stress lowers the immune system. From experience I know this. Whenever I go through stressful times, I usually catch a cold or get sick.

According to this article, where they researched several groups of people over a period of time doing yoga regularly, yoga seem to have positive effects on the immune system.
